FTTP Upgrade

I recently had to renew to a FTTC connection (unlimted fibre extra) as FTTP was not shown as available for me. Can any one please suggest when FTTP rollout is planned in my area and is there a way i can be inlcuded in the test piolot to get a early kick start on FTTP?

Have a look at the OR website to see if it's planned for your area.

It it's not then you can't get on FTTP.

You could also do a general web search for Ultrafast Broadband in your location to see if any of the alternative suppliers are building.

FTTP is also well past the trial/pilot stage and is being rolled out based on Openreachs commercial plan, Community Projects and such like. It will be built in any particular area, tested and then available to anyone in properties connected to wherever the deployment has reached, so not anything for early adopters now.
