BT Sport - multiple streams

Hello,

I've had the BT Sport app for some time and I used to be able to run two streams, one at home and a second for a family member when they were away from home. I tried it this week and it seems to have stopped working: when they started streaming, I couldn't and vice versa. Can anyone confirm whether I can run a second stream from a different location?

I can although a few weeks ago I had a problem where changing channel caused the BT Sport app to complain I had too many streams. That problem has gone away - it could be linked to the problem you’re seeing.
