Madasafish/Freenetname Transfer Out - IPSTAG

I have searched the forum and found some really helpful posts on this but the bit I am stuck at is changing the IPSTAG - I can't seem to log in anywhere or find a control panel to change my IPSTAG to MYTHIC-BEASTS

I know my account details are still active as I can log in to the old Madasafish site but there is no functionality in there now, and I can't seem to log in to the main PlusNet site at all.

Could someone kindly point me in the right direction. Thanks all.

That's because there isnt one! It's done internally via a request to Netops to change the IPSTAG. You can either wait for a Plusnet Help team member to spot this thread and raise a 'ticket' to which you can reply with the details and then the request can be raised, OR you could try calling customer support and requesting the change. Problem is that domain hosting is a legacy facility (especially Madasafish/Freenetname accounts) and getting someone in 1st line support who knows about it is probably a bit hit & miss.

That explains a lot, thanks. I'll try giving them a call at lunchtime. Hopefully I'll get someone who knows about their legacy systems

Got a really helpful support agent, but he didn't have any real idea how to proceed - they are going to call back - watch this space, I'll detail any steps they need to hopefully help others in the future

Did you reply to the ticket? That will negate the need for the support agent to call back.

Thanks that should be everything. I did get a return call from Customer support as well. I think he was struggling to find anything within the systems he had access to make the change, so thanks again for stepping in.
