Transfer domain out from ENOM registrar

I spoke to @gandolph I need an EPP code, urgently I know this is a very uncommon request as DNS is a legacy product.
You don't support creating SPF records and I am having mail rejected as such I need to transfer my domain away from Plusnet to another provider where I can create SPF records.

Please only respond to this if you understand what I am talking about this, I prefer a bad SLA than a time waster.
Also not really interested in others "opinions"

@gandolph - I just spoke to Anthony on the phone and he said it could take up to 3 days. I appreciate it could take 24 hours just for the code to come through when generated but I need it generated quicker than another 24 hrs, please. Is there any way this can be escalated?
