The past few weeks WiFi has stopped working between my Plusnet Hub One and my two Dell Latitude 5410 W10 laptops.
Both 2.4 and 5Ghz
When I do rarely manage to get something and run a ping test there are mostly failed replies.
My mobile and TV do work although there is some obvious break in signal. Mobile data is fine.
Any ideas what's going on please?

Thank you
Mark

Product name:	Plusnet Hub
2.
Have you got separate SSID's for the 2 frequencies?
Often helps.

Try changing the wireless channels as it could be a neighbour using the same ones. A WiFi sniffer app, such as WiFi Analyzer, which I run on an Android phone, allows you to 'see' all users of a channel so you can manually pick the one with the lowest activity. Check at both the hub location and where you use your devices.

Thanks. I did change channels with no effect. We are a little more congested but nothing like I've seen elsewhere and it's a good neighborhood where you wouldn't expect foul play. I did check connected devices and thinning down my own to try and isolate the problem. No joy tho.
Strange that my phone and TV still work well on WiFi while the laptops don't.
