Hi there,

As others have experienced, I'm having no luck getting through to anyone on the phone and would like to book to have my master socket moved. Is it possible to arrange this via a ticket through the forum?

No; you need to phone PN, or find a local retired Openreach engineer who may advertise in local paper.

@Mattb30220 If you arrange it through Plusnet Openreach will charge an extortionate price of £160. @Gel's suggestion of finding a local engineer is likely to be more reasonable. Your choice of course.🤔

Hey there @Mattb30220 and welcome to the forum.

As @Gel and @RealAleMadrid have suggested, it would more than likely be cheaper to get a local engineer but our provisioning team can look into it if you want to do it through Openreach.
