Plusnet research online - legitimate or not?

Good morning there, I just got approached by <redacted> to do a study for Plusnet services. The prize to do that would be an iPhone14 for £3. Are you aware of this study happening online and is it genuine? Been trying to get help from Plusnet customer services but they seem to be asleep. My bank already contacted and asked whether to accept the transaction or not. Please let me know a.s.a.p. Other link I got from them: <redacted>

Spam, @teepee . Any genuine requests would come direct from PN, even if they sent you to an external agency for the actual survey, and they very rarely, if ever, offer such a valuable 'prize'.

Thank you so much for your quick reply @jab1 - I just cancelled the transaction, the bank rang and told them it was a fraud. Phew! 👍
