Transfer domain away from PlusNet

I want to transfer my .NET domain away from PlusNet. I keep being told that I just need to give PlusNet the IPS tag of the new provider. I have done this, but nothing happens because the new hoster needs the EPP code which no one at PlusNet is giving me.

How can I get this?

Yes - I received an email with the required info. Worth pointing out that the first three people that I spoke to were unaware how to transfer a non .co.uk domain.

Glad it's sorted now. Unfortunately as domains aren't our main product and just an add-on there is now a knowledge gap on the front line support. Sorry about the mess around. Let me know if you need anything else.
