More issues casting BT sport to a Chromecast.
Watching the Copenhagen Vs Man City game (11 Oct 22) there is persitence buffering.
I have tried stopping the cast & restarting, reset the Chromecast, stopping the cast & restarted the phone etc
No difference.
The picture and sound do not break up but buffer every few minutes.
My download speed tests are > 60 mbps.
The router is 6 Ft from the chromecast in the same room.

Then I tried the Maccabi Haifa V Juventus game. Perfect no buffering.
Went back to the Man City game more buffering.
Returned to Maccabi Haifa V Juventus game. Perfect no buffering.
To me it seems BT are struggling with the Man City game?

I watched the Juventus game for 10 minutes with no issues at all.
Then returned to the Man City game to for error CC S6003 it was not possible to play the requested content. Please try again.
Not good 😟

Another busy Eurpoean football night and the Chromecast problems return.
The Dortmund / Man City games is buffering and has three times stopped casting all together in the first 20 minutes.
VC526 we are having a problem playing this content.....
So I tried the RB Leipzig / Real Madrid game and no problems at all.

According to https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Sport-on-TV-Online-player-or/Error-codes-VC526-and-VC081/td-p/2138828
VC526 means "my internet connection cannot keep up"
Yet it has no problem keeping up with the Real Madrid game and a speed test whilst streaming the Real Madrid game reports 67Mbps!

How do I get the attention of Plusnet?
