Unable to buy a bolt on

Having great difficulties. Am in Germany, data has run out. All attempts to buy a bolt on fail, with multiple untrue reasons given. All attempts at contact fail. Phone calls are ended instantly. Chat is not chat and is useless. Shocked at the appalling service.
Does any have any advice? Are calls ended by Plusnet because I am not in UK? Is there any method of communicating with a human being?

I'm really sorry for the experience you have had trying to add a Bolton, I can fully appreciate the hassle it is causing.

Have you tried the text options here?
