Hi

Safenet is switched on yet porn can still be accessed via our mobile devices? How can I stop this please?

If you are at home, are your mobile devices accessing the internet via your Plusnet connection,or still via 3G/4G - in other words, what shows in settings>Wi-Fi?

Yes it does, it's so weird as we have filters on the mobile provider aswell so don't have an issue using the mobile on data not WiFi but as soon as it's connected to Plusnet wifi it lets us access it 🤷

Are the DNS servers automatic in your phone’s settings?

If there’s an option, try using 213.120.234.38 as the primary and 213.120.234.42 as the secondary server.

(I’m not in the office atm btw)

Yes as far as I know they are automatic (I've never had to enter anything) I'll try it and see if it works

@me18 if they are Android phones, make sure Private DNS is OFF https://www.howtogeek.com/795644/how-to-enable-secure-private-dns-on-android/ otherwise they won't be using the PlusNet Safeguard DNS

I'v eno experience of iPhones but from this https://rodneylab.com/how-to-enable-encrypted-dns-on-iphone-ios-14/ it would appear to be called Encrypted DNS
