Hi, I've been set up with broadband working since September 16th and I've yet to receive the email for my £75 reward card which should have come 10 working days after. Any ideas what I can do?

Don't get your hopes up, been with them for a couple of months now and still had nothing, after numerous phone calls and being fobbed off every single time, they have still not sent me an email or been in touch, they have until Friday to sort it otherwise they're not getting another penny off me and I will go elsewhere, disgusting way to treat new customers if you ask me
