Hi

I recently switched to plusnet from sky, prior to the move I had no issues with the VPN my work use; Sophos. Since switching I can’t get the VPN to connect. I have checked VPN using BT Wi-Fi and mobile, both work fine so it’s defiantly a BB issue. I have checked my IP address (it’s a 192) and it’s not one of the legagcy ones from America that are mentioned in earlier posts. My IT team advise I need to contact my ISP but I would like to know if anyone else has faced this issue and what, if any, the resolution was to know what I should be asking for. TIA.

The '192' IP is the local address of your router on your private LAN.

A quick way to find your public facing WAN address is to go to one of the many sites which will tell you what it is, e.g. whatismyip.com
