    <description>They're in good company; yesterday I missed a call from Openreach Network operations re removing a redundant overhead phone line. Phoning back staggered to hear message "we've temporarily closed our phone lines".  Incredible! No option to leave a message naturally.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi There&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to cancel my account because I am moving. I am unable to reach customer support via chat. Chat has been down for days. No I do not think I have pop-up blocking issues. Tried multiple devices. Also, I cannot reach support via phone via both PlusNet numbers. The wait time is usually about a half hour to an hour before the line just drops me for some reason. At any rate, that long of a wait is not great for a support team. Please advise if there is another route to take with this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks so much&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Robert Martino&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The published phone number for cancellations is 0800 432 0200 but I expect that's&amp;nbsp;the number you've already tried.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Chat was closed down sometime ago&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
