I currently have two issues

1. Safeguard control panel does not have granular controls when I go to the Safeguard Control Panel (I.e. no category on off toggles or Allow or Block Websites).
2. With Safeguard enabled and correct DBS servers set I can still access supposedly blocked sites.

How do I get the granular controls so I can see what is actually blocked or not?

I've just checked the account your community profile links to and that doesn't have Safeguard enabled. Can you send me a PM with the username so I can make sure I'm checking the right one?
