Transfer a Plusnet domain to Fasthosts

I want to transfer out my co.uk domain name to Fasthosts. I searched the forums and found this thread Re: Transferring domain to Protonmail

The advice given by Gandalf was

Drop me a private message with the following details and we'll make it happen.

Account username
Domain name
IPSTAG of your new registrar / host, if the domain is .co.uk
Contact email address, if the domain is .com as we'll need to email you an EPP key

So on Thursday 28-04-2022 9:10 PM I sent him the details required. Since then I have not received any message or acknowledgement. My domain is still showing in my account as Registered and Hosted. Fasthosts are showing Pending Transfer in my Dashboard.

Can someone let me know what is happening here as I'm concerned nothing appears to have been done.

Hi Graham,

Really sorry for the delay, we've been fairly busy these last few days.

I've raised a NetOps task now to transfer your domain to your new registrar and that should be done within 3 working days.

You'll need to make sure that the MX records are configured to your new host and existing mail you have in your Plusnet mailbox won't carry across so it's worth backing these up to local storage if you haven't already.
