How do I go about getting faster broadband fitted to my area

Hi I currently only have 20mb download speed and need faster speeds can anyone point me in the right direction to get faster speeds fitted in my area

You can get FTTP which will give you vastly more speed.
However PN haven't launched their FTTP product yet and no definitive time scales have been released but it is expected this year.
If you were to move to BT or EE FTTP then PN would waive any early exit fees.

Also noticed that your speeds are below the handback threshold so may well be worth reporting a fault at https://faults.plus.net
