Good afternoon @Janb1, thanks a lot for getting in touch. Keep an eye out for a redemption email which will be sent your way within 20 days of the broadband service on your account going active. Make you you keep checking your junk ./ spam folder too as it can sometimes end up in there.

Thank you @adam945. I did receive an email this morning to claim my reward and it can take up to 30 days to arrive.
