CCGI Password Reset Not Working

Needing to access CCGI webspace after a long period and require a password reset.

The password reset facility claims to have sent an email to allow the rest but none is ever received.

Any help appreciated

What username did you enter into the password reset form?

Try entering it in the format ccgi.<username>.plus.com and see if that helps.

I thought I had already tried that.

However, I went to do this again to make sure and now I cannot even view the page.

hosting.plus.net just returns a blank page with "Not Authorized to View This Page"

Can confirm later when hosts.plus.net was back up, that having entered username in the format ccgi.<username>.plus.com into the password reset system, I did not receive a password reset email.

It's likely the registered email address in the hosting control panel is not what you're expecting in which case. If you can private message me your account username, current email address and CGI website address then I'll take a look when I get a spare moment.

Tried your suggestions as per private message - still no joy, still not receiving any password reset emails....

@livingfossil - I can try resetting the password myself. You can then reset/change it when logged in?

If that's something you have the power to do, go for it. I'm presuming once I can log into the hosting panel, I can check and fix old email addresses
