I have a neighbour who be be moving later this year to another property. Like me, she's currently on the FTTP Trial with PlusNet but will loose this when she moves.

The new address has FTTC but has a "Waiting List" message on the Checker.

I've sure I've previously seen an OR form you could submit to ask about cabinet capacity plans / upgrades but I can't find anything that appears suitable for this query on OpenReach. Given the cabinet has already had extra capacity added it could well be there is no more space available for additional DSL cards.

Anyone have any ideas?
