Unable to access Plusnet hosting

I’ve forgotten my details for how to login to my CCGI hosting. I can get to https://hosting.plus.net but when I enter my username nothing comes through when I enter my username. I did receive an email at some point with my details in which I believe are different to the ones that I use to log in to the portal but I no longer have the email.

Is there a way to retrieve my username details once logged in to the portal?

Fixed myself. Tried ccgi. my username .plus.net as the username and the password reset email came through. I’m now back in.
