Plusnet have German Customers??

I usually just bin obvious spam, but tonight I received an email from myself to myself (my default address, which is a bit unusual), so I thought I'd see where it actually originated, and was more than a little surprised to see the report below. Either someone is fiddling the system, or Plusnet have servers in Germany (or customers?) Can anyone explain this?

NOTE: Binned without opening via Mailwasher.

@Anoush @MisterW Thanks. Now that is seriously sneaky - if it wasn't all in German, anyone would think it was Plusnet (UK).

As a point of interest, my AV program picked up a 'virus' when I scrolled a bit too far - something called 'extortMail.CB'. Wonder why Cloudmark didn't spot that?

@Baldrick1 You are correct - I am now on an 'email only' account, and having checked Avasts quarantine log, this rubbish started immediately after I moved, which does start to sound suspicious?

Maybe time to change to another email service?

We all have our own needs. I have my own domain that comes with a free 100MB mailbox and up to 5 alias addresses. This is more than enough for a POP3 service. I just use Plusnet to send emails.

It will probably happen sometime earlyish next year, @Baldrick1 - my new ISP has an email service, similar in configuration to PN, and I have already created the 'sub-domain' and mailboxes, but I need to do a bit more work before I make the move - and then the advising of all my contacts.

It is not much of a problem - MailWasher always flags the funnies and it is easy enough to either delete them via webmail, or if I am feeling really lazy, I just let MW bin them.
