Hi,

Been with Plusnet for years using Outlook 365 for email. I just bought a new laptop and at the same time I renewed my Bit Defender subscription with a new licence number I bought from Amazon. (I recommend all do this, never respond to Bit D enticing you to renew with them directly as you will pay through the nose).

I am now faced with a certificate error message every time I open Outlook stating the target principal name is incorrect and when I view the cert it refers to it as being issued to: Mail.plus.net and issued by Bit Defender.

Is this an issue with Plusnet or Bit defender and does anyone know the solution please?

Thanks in advance.
