Hi my broadband has only gone active today, but I've turned safeguard on and it's not working. It also says that porn is automatically blocked which it is not because I can access pornhub!! I've turned safeguard on and can still access porn!! I need porn and all adult content like that blocking asap!! Any help please would be really appreciated.

Hello @lizzyjones

Simply turning SafeGuard on is unlikely to do anything. You'd then need to go in and manually block certain categories. You'll find the option to do so on the left hand side. Bare in mind also that any changes made on SafeGuard can take up to 2 hours to take effect. .
