Can't Connect to Slack

Without changing any settings, suddenly I cannot now connect to slack over my plusnet connection

If I use my mobile network, no problem

How do I fix this please? It's making work quite difficult at the moment

this is happening to a lot of slack users. apparently it needs Plusnet to clear something.

Hi @superteam13, thanks for getting in touch. I can confirm our back end team have confirmed resolving the issue stopping access to Slack and you should be able to access this as normal now. IF any further issues persist then please don't hesitate getting back in touch.
