For the last couple of days I've been unable to access William Hill website or apps. Works fine when I connect via Three mobile. Any ideas? Thanks

It works for me. Have you got Safeguard or some other filter software installed on your computer?

Yes, all access from Plusnet to website and apps is blocked... Different browsers and devices. Three mobile has normal access.

My suspicion is that Safeguard has been enabled on your Plusnet account with gambling sites being barred. If you can select your own D S server on your device then over ride Plusnet’s by using say the Google DNS servers on 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

Alternatively log into your router and see which DNS servers are enabled and/or your Plusnet account and check/modify your Safeguard settings.

Thanks Baldrick but unless Safeguard can be changed remotely by Plusnet then no settings have changed, and I don't really want to start messing with settings etc. My other gambling site, Coral, still works fine as before.
