Madasafish/Globalnet migration

My globalnet email account has been migrated this week. After setting up I don't see my old email account which was myName@globalnet.co.uk. Now I only see myName@myName.globalnet.co.uk

Emails to the new myName@myName.globalnet.co.uk do get through, but how do I access emails to my original myName@globalnet.co.uk account?

I see a single email domain myName.globalnet.co.uk and I see that I can add a new mail box but only with an email address of the form @.myName.globalnet.co.uk - no way to get hold of my myName@globalnet.co.uk

Help please!

Hi @madUser

Could you send me a Private Message with your globalnet email address please (click my name and then Send Private Message) and I'll check it.

The reason you now see myName@myName.globalnet.co.uk is because you would always have had this email address but I don't think many people actually knew about it so never used it, Greenby have now made it visible but we're seeing some oddities.

Thanks, I've just tried the same thing on your email as I did on RH64's here who said it was working afterwards:

Let me know if that's made any difference, if not we'll send it in to Greenby.

Yes, that did work. I can see it in the Greenby webmail in my browser and also on my Android phone via Gmail.
