Interesting! I have not been able to get on today at all. Will have to look closer.

Later: Just managed to log in via webmail. First time today following many attempts. It is currently very slow.

It is also constantly 'Refreshing' so preventing me doing what I want to do - as Roundcube always seems single threaded. ☹️

Webmail access has been slow all day (slower than normal), although it's been really bad this afternoon - haven't been able to open any emails since midday.

Configure your email accounts in MS Outlook or Thunderbird etc and the crawl of Webmail will be gone.

Greenby webmail is down.

I want to add a custom filter and as far as I can see that can only be done via the pain that is Greenby webmail. Greenby email itself seems reasonably reasonable, so far.

Greenby Webmail also got stuck at Loading & then failed to connect.

But we have 3 email accounts using the POP3 & IMAP & SMTP servers these are working normally.

Still unable to login

Been like it since mid day yesterday

Time outs, sever error or just sits there loading then nothing

Always very slow but this is unusable !!!

Just finally got into greenby webmail after a long wait

new emails showing unable to do anything as permanetly refreshing or server error

Have raised a ticket reply was everything working their end

and i need to CHANGE MY PASSWORD.???

Greenby Webmail failed with : 504 Gateway Time-out

POP3/IMAP/SMTP servers are working.fine.

Reported via ticket at Greenby.

Bot suggests - amongst other things to try - that issue is down to the transfer operation. There is no reported general issue as such though as other users are having same issue it could be a problem on their side. Tried various suggestions, but none worked.

No human agent available at present, so will be contacted, by email(!), later. Might be worth reporting client email software not having problems.

Same here. Incredibly slow. I managed to get in once, eventually. Now I can't access anything. It's timing out, Invalid Request, etc.

Thing is I have a Teams meeting tomorrow (that I've waited months for!), and they'll be sending the link for it to my Greenby webmail. Oh, gawd! HAHAHAHA.

EDIT Now it's working again. Hopefully it'll stay like that. It is flakey, though, isn't it? Oh, deary me.

I wonder why Plusnet chose to migrate us to Greenby in the first place. Were there not better alternatives available? I dunno.

Just noticed ...

If I login to Greenby Webmail with the drop down set to Plusnet it is very slow to connect

But if I login to Greenby Webmail with the drop down set to Force9 it is quick.
