Globalnet problems again

Is there a problem again with Globalnet email? I'm getting authentication failures and timeouts. I can't login to Greenby yet so I guess it's still not migrated. Any updates please?

I have had issues today too. The fix for my account today was to change the user name in Outlook from 'username' to 'username@globalnet.co.uk'. I found an email sent on 25th August explaining the change but it only stopped working today with just 'username'.

Mine was already username@globalnet.co.uk so it wasn't that, but it's working again now so maybe just another Globalnet glitch?

A friend of mine with a globalnet address hasn't been able to receive emails from me for at least two weeks.

I get bounce backs with the message ..

He hasn't been migrated to Greenby yet.
