Really? I log in using the user name and password associated with my main plusnet internet account? I don't like the sound of that. If that's the case I'll leave it.

Thanks for your help.

Hello,

I got a "welcome to greenby" email the other day. It said: "Simply log in with your Plusnet email credentials at greenby.com to access your mailbox and continue using your email as usual."

I did this and it said: "Account details not recognised, please try again."

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

One can log in to www.greenby.com portal and change the log in password
and / or enable 2 Factor Authentication.

It can be as secure as you make it.

That 'instruction' is incorrect - you log in with your PN account name alone

You can login with the default email address <accountname>@<accountname>.plus.com so the email is technically correct but using just <accountname> is simpler. In either case you need the account password
