Greenby - Move

I received an email on the 7th of August 2026 advising me that my email will be moved to Greenby on the 6th of September 2026.

How long do I have to wait before that actually happens. So far I heard nothing more.

If the port is successfully completed, you may not have noticed the move. Have you checked that it's not been completed by seeing if you can log in to Greenby?

Thanks for your reply @Baldrick1 I wouldn't know how to log in. I've just been to their logon page and tried my Plusnet login but that, not unsurprisingly, failed.
I've had nothing but trouble with this move since early May this year as it became a hot potato when Plusnet tried to force my hand to change broadband supplier before moving my email account. Now it's got to the move for what I thought was for real and then nothing.

@Moz2 I suggest you send a PM to @plusnettony. He's just sorted out my migration.

I'm also in this situation and was content to wait it out as my plusnet email isn't used much these days. I just tried a couple of mails to my account which has redirects in place, but the mail hasn't arrived.

Tony responded to my PM very quickly. Like you I'd been told my migration was happening sometime after 6 Sept but was still waiting. Today I got a, "We're going to move you to EE in 30 days" message. In light of that I asked Tony if he could help getting my migration done before a move to EE pulled the plug on my PN email. He did something straight away and now, within the day, I seem to be migrated.
