Cannot login

Has greenby failed again. I keep getting told my password is incorrect but I haven't changed it. Anyone else having this issue. Also over the past couple of days I'm being spammed by multiple undeliverable messages.

Seems like my account disabled on the greenby site. I've enabled it again. No idea why it's disabled

They have got back to me asked me to change my password. Before hand if I changed my main mailbox password it would change my Plusnet account password. As I'm now with greenby I assume that's not the case

How to change the password for an email depends on which email servers you are using.

For Greenby hosted servers - use the Greenby portal.

For any Plusnet hosted servers there are lots, SMTP relay.plus.net is one of them,
then also use the Plusnet Members Centre. https://www.plus.net/manage_my_mail/

Now happening to me, at a particularly unfortunate time. Neither Email client nor IPhone mail working.
If I go to try webmail I get this:

REQUEST CHECK FAILED

For your protection, access to this resource is secured against CSRF.
If you see this, you probably didn't log out before leaving the web application.

Human interaction is now required to continue.

Please contact your server-administrator.

I don't care what this is, I've touched nothing and haven't broken anything, so I shouldn't have to jump through any hoops. And I don't have a server-administrator.

Not sure what's happening with mine. Seems like a dos attack on my account. Loads of mail delivery errors and greenby disabled my account for my protection. They suggested I changed my password.

That's a well known and easy to solve issue. You didn't log out properly from Greenby webmail last time. All you need to do is clear the Greenby cookie from your browser.
