Freenetname inbox wiped

Hello, all of the email in my inbox (Freenetname account) just got wiped. Can it be restored? Is this part of a migration? Can I get it back? Email in my other folders still exists, it is just my inbox that is empty. Please help, thanks, Gareth

Login to the www.greenby.com portal and raise a Support Ticket asking the same question.

Review the state of your migrated mail folders in the Greenby WebMail : https://webmail.greenby.com

You've not migrated yet.

I've logged onto the server and you have 33Mb of mail (I cant see the mail itself).

How are you accessing? Have you tried webmail.plus.net ?

Thanks for looking into this plusnettony. I was bumping up against 100mb limit on the old Freenetname/ Madasafish settings so already working on webmail.plus.net. I was deleting individual large messages but somehow the whole inbox got wiped. Can you restore it? Thank you, Gareth

Should be sorted (best we can do anyway).

Note the limit is 250Mb not 100mb and you're above it now.
