Unable to send/receive emails

Hi,

I have a legacy email "franklam at freenetname . co . uk" and my domain email "xxxx at lam . org . uk" accounts.

Since yesterday, I am unable to send/receive emails on my registered domain email account but no problem with the "freenetname" account.

Same with webmail, I can log into my "freenetname" account but unable to log into my registered domain accounts.

I don't think I've been migrated to Greeby yet.

Hope someone can help.

You've not been migrated to Greenby.

I've seen a couple of reports similar to what you're seeing so it would be good if you could confirm the following for me please

Am I right in saying you go to webmail.plus.net and

enter --- username @freenetname.co.uk and it works

enter - user @domain name .co.uk fails to work

you normally enter user @domainame and it worked until yesterday ?

I've just had an update to say a bug was found after some changes yesterday and this is actively being investigated.
