Trying to access my emails via Greenby webmail this morning and get this message,tried changing password as instructed but no difference. Any suggestions please?

Got this also , but it was working a 8 am this morning

Raised a ticket , got usual rubbish reply telling me to change password or its my browser settings

In place of the VIEW WEBMAIL button

I now have a buff coloured box MAILBOX DISABLED

All signed in ok

To enable a disabled mailbox on Greenby.com, click on the 3 dots at the right of a disabled mailbox to open the menu, then click on Enable Mailbox. It should be that simple, unless there is some reason why it was disabled, in which case there may be a message to explain.

When enabled, the same menu can be used to disable the mailbox.

Tried all that but it didin't work, but, have been out a few hours, came back and tried again and back to normal!
