    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hiya,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've got a new phone and am now unable to access my Force9 email address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have all the usernames, port numbers etc. but havent had to do this since 2022.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can someone from Plusnet please help? I've tried emailing support@force9.net and unforutnately it pinged back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Test the email credentials via webmail : &lt;A href="https://webmail.greenby.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://webmail.greenby.com/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the credentials do not work login to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://greenby.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://greenby.com/&lt;/A&gt; portal and find the Username: it is the full email address of the mailbox ( not an alias ) and from the Change Password function the current password can be displayed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
