      <title>Email failures between (and only between) plusnet addresses</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Another try for this with a correct title and diagnostics as I'm now clear this is not an Outlook problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have security cameras that use Plusnet addresses to send emails to me at a) my postmaster plusnet address and b) my own domain address. About a week ago I stopped receiving the emails from the cameras to the postmaster plusnet address - they do not appear in the webmail box for postmaster nor are they being collected by Outlook,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The cameras are sending emails OK to my domain address.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have had no notification that I have been migrated, and I haven't made any changes to settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've run some tests and this is what I find.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The following all work OK:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Camera address sending from Webmail&amp;nbsp; to Postmaster@&amp;lt;username&amp;gt;.plus.com - no problem, the message appears in the Postmaster webmail inbox AND is collected by Outlook.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Postmaster or camera address sending from Webmail to my domain address is also no problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Messages sent from my domain address (via Outlook) to either of the plusnet addresses are received OK in the webmail inboxes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ERRORS&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Message sent from Postmaster via Outlook to a camera address produces an 550 (recipient rejected - relay denied) error report.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sending from the camera itself to postmaster or to another camera address fails silently - nothing in the webmail inboxes and nothing collected by Outlook. Even though the cameras are sending fine to the domain address.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So the problem seems to be sending/receiving between plusnet addresses - but&amp;nbsp;only via server, not via webmail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any ideas on what is going on here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Which server are you sending the emails to from your camera? A plusnet one or another?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What port, encryption and authentication settings are you using? (Do not post personal details!)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does the camera have any indication that the postmaster emails were sent ok or not, or if they bounced?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The camera settings (all unchanged) are:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;server: relay.plus.net&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;SMPT port&amp;nbsp;587&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The "SSL or TLS" parameter is on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't get any "in" messages or error reports in the camera software, but I can log in to the camera addresses on webmail and there are no failure or bounce messages there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The cameras can send a test message, and that is being received OK by my domain address, but not appearing in postmaster.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;That could possibly mean that you've been migrated to Greenby and that you don't have an alias for 'postmaster'.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check to see if you can login to the Greenby portal using your Plusnet account name and password ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK - Greenby recognises my username and password and says I was migrated at the end of Feb (which corresponds when I last received mail to postmaster in Outlook). I have never received any notification/welcome email, however.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I fill in the address details and check the T&amp;amp;C box, but the "continue to email" button does nothing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Looks like I need to contact their support team, unless you have any other ideas?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The Greenby portal can be a bit tempramental !!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Looks like I need to contact their support team, unless you have any other ideas?&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Probably worth a try ( if you can get past the AI bot )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you can get logged in, then you should see your email account with a 'Manage' link, click that and you should see your mailboxes listed. The default one will be &amp;lt;accountname&amp;gt;@&amp;lt;accountname&amp;gt;.plus.com. If that doesnt show any aliases, then click the menu (... at the RHS) and select aliases. Then add a postmaster alias to the mailbox&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK I got logged in using a different browser, but there is no mailbox for &amp;lt;accountname&amp;gt;@&amp;lt;accountname&amp;gt;. I tried "add a mailbox, and it added postmaster, but it has created it as an alias to one of the camera addresses.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help - I will pass this back to greenby now because it looks like this is what has failed at my migration (and why I did not receive the welcome email too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to close this off.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I got a support chat going with Greenby and did some more tests.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The result of setting the postmaster alias was that email messages for postmaster started appearing in Greenby's webmail for the camera address. This doesn't solve the problem as it presented, in that I still can't send to and collect from postmaster, but at least I now know I will have to do some minor reconfiguring&amp;nbsp; and not use the postmaster address.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;(This does undermine the original email spec.that emails were never "lost" and if sent to an unknown username showed up in postmaster, but I guess that's understandably long passed now).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So thanks very much for your help, which let me home in on actual problem.&lt;/P&gt;
