Sending emails to a gmail account

Emails sent from my Plusnet account to a gmail account always bounced back. I have been migrated to Greenby today. I set a test which has neither bounced nor been received in my gmail account. Is there any guidance on this? Should we expect emails to go seamlessly to gmail (and googlemail) accounts once we are on Greenby?

I can add to this. Emails sent from the Greenby web interface do go to gmail and also to hotmail. I have two mailboxes on Plus and when I sent a message from one to the other, it took an hour to be delivered but that is presumably some ghastly internal problem.

I've tried twice to send emails to Gmail since I found out earlier this week that I'd migrated to Greenby. Both emails failed to be received and there was no bounce back...
