domain name host has today told me that the emails are being received by them but the forwarding address is being reported as a blackhole and therefore deleted from my domain name providers servers and therefore never reaching me.

sounds like 'bovine excrement' to me. The whole idea of a black hole is that the sender doesn't know it's a black hole ,the receiver just silently discards it!

Is your domain host forwarding using SRS ( sender rewriting system ) ? If not , then any SPF checks by the receiver will fail and the message MAY get rejected

I have email from my own domain (mybusinessname.com) diverted to my Plusnet email account mailboxes. Since the end of January 2026 certain emails are no longer reaching my Plusnet inbox. I have whitlelisted domains and relaxted spam settings etc. My domain name host has today told me that the emails are being received by them but the forwarding address is being reported as a blackhole and therefore deleted from my domain name providers servers and therefore never reaching me. Is anybody else experiencing this ? I have not yet been migrated to Greenby. Any ideas ?
