My email domain now blacklisted again on Greenby

Hi all,

I have just posted this on a Greenby support ticket and would like to hear Plusnet's side to this and whether they can help Greenby put who appear to be floundering somewhat.

In addition to all of the above, emails I am trying to send to various providers are being blocked as this address is blacklisted. Hotmail, icloud, BTInternet to name a few.

This problem surfaced at Plusnet last year and eventually got partially resolved.

Now this has come back, clearly whatever Plusnet did to resolve this has not been passed into yourselves.

My email is unusable in this state and from the messages I have seen on the Plusnet forums, you are going to lose a large proportion of your new customer base if you don't get on top of all these problems soon.

I know you have good intentions and are really trying to get these issues sorted but I think you really need support from Plusnet.

In addition, Plusnet had superusers who were very knowledgeable non PlusNet staff who would provide a very useful level of support. This not only takes some of the burden of yourselves, but adds a further level of expertise.

Perhaps you could look into this as well.

I must have been migrated to Greenby yesterday having received a welcome messge.

I have just tried to send a message to an icloud account and it has been bounced thus....
