Can't login to madasafish email webmail

All my madasafish emails are forwarded to my Gmail account but now when I try to login at madasafish.com I get the message "The web page at madasafish.com might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address"

Searching the PlusNet community forums. It appears that PlusNet no longer supports madasafish, but I've also seen information that the domain name had expired and renewed.

Does anyone know what's happening and how I can get access?

Just thought I'd clarify, the web page that is down is not the main madasafish.com the actual message was "The web page at https://secure.madasafish.com/myaccountdx/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

Looking into this further, there's nothing we need to do from our side. You just need to log into the Plusnet webmail portal, instead of the Madasafish website.

Could you give that a try and let me know if you're able to get in?

Hi Chris, although that fixed my problem to log in to madasafish emails, the reason I wanted that access was that I'd heard gmail was stopping POP3 fetching.

Today I've had a notification that google will stop fetching "later in 2026" and the fix is to set up forwarding from my madasafish account. Unfortunately I can't see this option on my madasafish (Plusnet) webmail.

Can you confirm and offer any advice please on how I can access using gmail on my laptop?

The only other option from Google is to add my madasafish account to the Gmail app (mobile) - it uses IMAP - but this means no access from laptop and all emails remain on my madasafish webmail - does this mean I'll need to go in periodically to delete them?
