&lt;P&gt;Yes it is very frustrating, especially as almost all the recipients have added us as a "safe Sender/Domain"&amp;nbsp; in their options. It is also annoying for them as much as it is for us that the mail doesn't even appear in their "Junk" mail folder.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have been able to send to individuals but which then do end up in their "Junk" folder. It is a real pain going through the bounced mail items trying to find the email address and then having the palava of creating the email just to go to a single addrress.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Yes, in the past the Distribution list has worked and it had also failed. I'm not sure when or how the systems change to sudenly decide that a sending email address is now suspect when it didn't used to be.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Folks,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Happy New Year to you all.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another year, another SPAM issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Yet again emails from our address are experiencing "bounces"!&amp;nbsp; There are various messages saying that the email is being rejected but by far the majority are ones being sent to BTinternt.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Some are getting through, even to BTinternet ones.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How the hell do we get them reconised as legitimate emails being sent to people who actually want to recieve them?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We send as BCC to comply with privacy for our dancers/pupils, although quite have a few have exchanged email addresses &amp;amp; even other contact details.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I understand that there are bad people out there who like to bombard the world with their nasty messages, but we're not one of them!&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear about the problem you're having with some of your emails being flagged as spam, and I can absolutely appreciate how frustrating this must be.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You've mentioned that some of the emails do go through; is it a case of when you keep trying these will eventually send, or does it just seem that sometimes these will go through to some email accounts and not others?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you been able to email the accounts which are being flagged as spam in the past without any issues?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;No, BTInternet is the worst. What's more frustrating is they don't even get to junk when I send via a DistList. At least if I send to a single BT address it gets to their junk folder. The people I'm sending to are also angry about the state of affairs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It really is time for some legislation to make these suppliers provide a consistent service instead of always washing their hands and telling us to try this or that.&lt;/P&gt;
