Greenby indigestion?

Authentication errors, servers timing out, website failures and an AI bot behaving like an errant taxi driver have been recurring over the last two weeks. The migration from Plusnet has not gone smoothly. Has young Greenby taken more than it can swallow? Let's hope it is a simple case of indigestion brought on by the holidays and that things will settle down as the new year unfolds. Will Greenby take action before hundreds of ex-Plusnet subscribers are regurgitated?

My email certainly seems to be OFF right now.

Last incoming mail was 12:32

Every few seconds Thunderbird demands I log in with a new password.

Moreover the Greenby website shows I have no mailboxes - that is

0 Mailboxes

Why do they keep doing this?

Of course BT has us by the [-Censored-]s

If one elected to move from PlusNet to ee to preserve landline service - ee does not provide email.

if you moved from plusnet to ee, you'd still retain your greenby hosted email, but best bet is to purchase a domain and email hosting via mythicbeasts and be done with greenby totally... £6.20 for a domain and £1.67 per month for email thats far more reliable than Greenby is worth doing.
