Can't sign into email

Been trying for a couple of hours but can't seem to login to my email account. Just times out at the login screen, not had any migration message about switching to Greenby either

I was migrated 5 days ago.
Mail has been working more or less OK with a client (Apple Mail), but Greenby webmail has been slow.
This morning I need to access webmail as incoming mail is not working correctly with client on one machine I get a 504 Gateway Time-out -- no web mail to any of the 4 addresses.

I've raised a ticket with Greenby via the bot...

did get in once but no emails , no folders, except top usual ones inbox etc

I did notice i had a TRASH folder in stead of deleted items

AM I BEING MOVED

manage to get in once lots of emails and YES been moved to greenby

i filled in there acceptance form etc but when i get in nothing there only basic folders

No emails, No folders , No address book

every time i click anything get a red sign bottom left corner Server error

Managed to get in today but ALL of my email folders have gone!

Hi @KeithL45

Could you check to see if you have subscribed to extra folders, to do this please log into Webmail and select Settings and then Folders. If you select all folders, do the email folders show for you?

No, nothing. Its lost loads of folders with lots of important emails in.

Heya @KeithL45,

I have had a look into it, and I can confirm your emails have been migrated over to Greenby on the 15th. If you sign in through greenby the emails should be there. If there are login issues with reset codes, you can give our tech team a call

Managed to get in but had a look but theres none of my saved folders there. I had lots of personal ones with orders and things for work, setup etc. I need these back.

Click on mail envelope icon > then the three dots to the right of your email address.

Hopefully you'll see your folders there.

You need the inbox view, then click the three dots to the right of your email address

make sure you have Mail checked, so you have the above view with the Inbox in view

I have redacted my email address, then the three dots

Edit: then Manage folders - here you add the required folders

If they are missing then something has happened with the migration or you're looking at a different email address
