      <title>Greenby webmail - deleting emails</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since my migration to Greenby, I notice that webmail (both greenby.com and plus.net) have added extra folders - an extra sent and an extra "deleted items" in addition to "trash".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any deletions go to "deleted items". If they are deleted they go to "trash". If they are deleted they go to&amp;nbsp; ... "deleted items". Which is all rather circular.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Via webmail (either url) is there any way of actually deleting an item?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As I said previously, I think this will be a classic small company is given large company workload and is completely swamped. I have raised tickets on Greenby but they are instantly handled by a bot and then nothing but "in progress" where I imagine they will stay until the end of time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
