Hi Darren,

A warm welcome to the forums.

This sounds like a new profile of issue, which really needs Greenby to fix through their own support processes. @plusnettony might be able to get a focus on the issue, for which he will need to know your account details and the mailbox(es) in question.

You could send him a private message with that information - double click his name above and find the SEND MESSAGE button oh his profile page.

Apologies if this has already been posted somewhere but the search couldn't find it.

I was migrated to Greenby on Monday and received a mail at about 3pm saying that I can loging. I logged on to their portal and there were several error messages.

I can no longer see any of my old emails from before migration, and on the portal it shows a mailbox which is empty (or nearly empty) and the same stuck at "In provisioning" status since Monday.

I attempted to use the Greenby ticket system but it appears to be just an AI bot (Claude) who keeps telling me that its urgent that I use the service providers ticket system to raise a ticket.. which is ironic.

I can find no way to determine if I just need to wait for provisioning, or if something is broken and needs manual intervention and there is no way to contact Greenby for help that I could find.

I am receiving emails on the new service, so my account is there/active, but I think the old and new are split somehow.

Has anyone experienced this or can help?

Many thanks,
Darren
