Free-online email access after moving from Plusnet to EE?

Hello

My sister-in-law still has free-online email paying the £15/year. She's about to swich to EE full fibre (she needs a landline for now)

Questions

1. Will she be able to access them after moving to EE

2. Does she need to do anything in order for this happen?

3. Are the setting still the same after moving?

It's a bit confusing on the posts on here about this so just after straight answers.

Is this paying £15pa to Greenby?

If yes, then everything will continue to work as is on changing ISP.

That said, if your sister is presently a PlusNet user, the free-online migration should be free for two years.

Thanks yes it is Greenby. She is currently a Plusnet broadband user whose contract needs renewing hence going to go to the full fibre with landline at EE.

Not sure of the payment to Greenby if she leaves Plusnet whether she then doesn’t get the two years free migration?

If the mail account has migrated and it is on two years free then that is 'banked' so to speak - it will remain free for two year, even if she leaves Plusnet as her ISP.

If it is not free, then I would recommend asking support why it was not matched to a current active broadband account ... and made free.
