Webmail Sort Function Disabled

Plusnet announce on their webmail screen that the sort function has been disabled temporarily. Is there any more info on this? They continue to send me emails to ask for a reduction in mailbox size but this is difficult to do quickly without a sort function. I will be extremely annoyed if webmail access gets restricted because Plusnet have made it more dificult to manage mailboxes. Please provide some more info to your customers who are paying for a service

@tonyodonnell This temporary action is to accommodate the move to Greenby, and will not doubt be restored once it is convenient .

You are not paying for the email service - it is, and always has been, a free add-on.

Piffle.

Email, like all the services PlusNet has ever provided is paid for out of customer subscriptions. It’s always been included in the basic contract (speaking for F9 at any rate). No different in any way to their base broadband service. Just the same as vendors offering ‘free’ postage. PlusNet doesn’t provide ‘free’ anything, and echoing PlusNet’s company line doesn’t make it ‘free’. The reason for these ‘free’ services has been to try to differentiate their product without being contractually bound by them but be in no doubt that it’s we who pay for them.

It was included as part of the package I signed up to and was part of why I chose the one I did
