Unable to send emails to hotmail address. Using Thunderbird or Live Mail

I have problem with hotmail addresses. They are immediately rejected. This occurs using Thunderbird or Live Mail on another computer. All other addresses appear OK.

The message I receive is below. I have deleted the full address for privacy. I have tried to contact PlusNet but have had no response. Can you please advice.
