Email’s have all randomly disappeared

Hi, my emails have suddenly disappeared today including all the folders. Could my account be checked to ensure it hasn’t been archived please? I’ve got important information and emails that I need within there.

Had this problem myself a little while ago, mine turned out to be a mail client fault as Plusnet assured me all my mails were extant on the server. So I don't know whether if you check in your webmail account all is intact, or whether you mean vanished from your desktop email client as there is a great deal of difference. Check your webmail on the pkusnet site, if it's all there then it's your email client.

In my case it was my fault! Whoops!

Sorry to hear this, I did try to locate your account but I am failing to do so.

Could you check see if your emails are there when you log in to webmail.plus.net ?

If they aren't there either can you send me a private message with your account username?

Then I can look into this further.

I think I've located your account and if I have a mailbox had been archived.

I've arranged for this to be unarchived.

Gi, Thanks for the update, as long as all plusnet .com mail addresses vanish after the greenby move then that will solve all these problems as I won't be moving!
